Age Now is facilitated by age activist Ryan Backer and somatic practitioner Coral Short. Moving beyond cultural narratives of "decline," this course invites us to dismantle ageist myths and reclaim age pride through embodied practice. Over several weeks, we transition from intellectual understanding to lived wisdom, celebrating the body as a continuous, unfolding archive of experience.
