Each session, we'll move through grounded somatic practices designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness, alongside facilitated conversation and space for honest sharing. When: Second Friday of every month, 12-1pm ET, October through March. First session: October 9, 2026. Where: Zoom Capacity: 15 people
