S&S Harmony Summer Music & Art Camp: Policies & Guidelines
This program is jointly offered by S&S Harmony Music Studio and Third Space. The following policies apply to all camp participants across both music and art activities.
1. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full camp tuition.
All fees must be paid prior to the first day of camp. No prorated tuition for late starts or partial attendance.
Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information and disclose any relevant medical or behavioral needs.
2. Attendance & Transitions
Check-In: Drop-off begins 15 minutes before camp start time. Students must be signed in by a parent/guardian.
Pick-Up: Students must be signed out daily. Release is limited to authorized individuals (ID may be required).
Late Pick-Up: A $25 late fee will be charged after a 15-minute grace period.
Absences: No refunds, credits, or make-ups will be provided for missed days.
3. Health & Safety
Students must be fever-free (without medication) for 24 hours before attending.
If a child becomes ill during camp, parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
If enrolling in the lunch add-on, parents must inform us of any food allergies in advance.
Security cameras are in operation for safety.
4. Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to treat instructors, peers, materials, and equipment with respect.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior will follow a three-step process: Verbal redirection
Parent notification
Dismissal if necessary
The program reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior compromises safety or the camp environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Communication
Parents and students may not contact instructors directly via personal phone or social media.
All communication must go through the camp administration.
6. Facilities, Equipment & Personal Items
Students are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Please label all personal belongings. The program is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend leaving valuables (electronics, toys, etc.) at home.
7. Participation & Liability
Participation in music and art activities may involve inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&S Harmony Music Studio and Third Space, including their staff, shall not be held liable for accidental injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
All activities will be supervised by qualified instructors.
8. Withdrawal & Credit Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to camp start will receive a credit.
Within 14 days of camp start, all payments are final. No refunds will be issued.
Credits may be transferred to immediate family members only.
9. Photo & Video Release
By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for S&S Harmony and Third Space to take photos and videos of camp activities for documentation and promotional use (website, social media, etc.).
To opt out, a written request must be submitted prior to the first day of camp.
10. Acknowledgment
By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
