This form is for submitting a tattoo appointment request! Once I have all your info for a custom or pre-drawn tattoo, I'll reply via email with a quote and link for booking yourself into my calendar. Pre-drawn tattoos require a $100 deposit, and custom tattoos require a $150 deposit. Response times are usually within one week, if you don't hear back by then, please check your spam folder!
