    Requirements are as follow. 1. **Topic Selection:** Clearly define the subject matter and scope of the training. 2. **Instructor Qualifications:** Articulate the qualifications that render you suitable to instruct this course. 3. **Module Breakdown:** Provide a comprehensive breakdown of the course modules, including time allocations for each and concise explanations. 4. **Course Duration:** Specify the total duration of the course, with the understanding that one point can be granted per instructional hour, up to a maximum of 10 points. 5. **Competency Assessment:** Outline the methodology by which students can demonstrate their proficiency in working with clients. Eg – Client case studies, demonstrations in class etc. 6. **Advanced Support/Access:** Detail any supplementary support or enhanced access offered to participants beyond the standard curriculum. 7. **Student Knowledge Requirements:** Clarify if a knowledge examination is mandatory for students as part of the course completion criteria. How many questions, what is the passing requirement score etc. 8. **Certification:** Confirm the issuance of a certificate upon successful completion of the training. 9. **Provided Resources:** Enumerate the resources supplied to participants, such as a comprehensive manual, scripts, and any other pertinent materials.
