    Professional ConductRemain respectful and professional at all times No harassment, threats, or illegal entry Dress clean and neutral.

    Legal ComplianceFollow all state and local laws No false affidavits under any circumstance

    AttemptsMinimum: 3 attempts for standard jobs Must attempt at different times

    ( Not In The Same Day):

    • Morning
    • Afternoon
    • Evening
    • Weekend

    Rush Jobs Must be attempted within 24 hours

    Documentation: After each attempt, you must log:Date and time Address Detailed notes Photos when applicable Proof of Service Must be completed same day Must be accurate and court-ready Communication Respond within 1–2 hours during business hours.

     Immediate grounds for removal Include Falsifying attempts Poor communication Missed deadlines Unprofessional behavior

    Base Pay

    Standard Serve: $50–65

    Rush Serve: $65–$100

    Same Day: $85–$125

    Stakeouts: Custom hourly + bonuses

    Bonuses Distance bonuses Same-day completion bonus Difficult serve bonus
