Plop Enduro Rider Regulations and Conditions

I apply to take part in and consent to the participation in the activity described above and in consideration of acceptance thereof I HEREBY DECLARE THAT:
1. I recognise that off-road motorcycle activities are dangerous and involve the risk of death or serious injury including permanent disablement. I accept the risks involved including the risk of injury or death.
2. I will confirm that the track features and method of operation are suitable given my riding ability and that the track is in a condition that is acceptable to me. Should it become apparent that the track is unsuitable or in an unacceptable condition, I will return to the paddock at the end of my lap.
3. I declare that my motorcycle and protective equipment are in a safe condition and suitable for the activity which I wish to attend.
4. I declare that I am not suffering from any medical condition that may affect the safety of myself or other persons and that I am not under the influence of any alcohol or drugs (Prescribed or otherwise) that may impair my ability to take part.
5. I have read and fully understand the rules that apply to the track and to the event.
6. I declare I hold a full and valid motorcycle licence for road and/or competition use.
7. I declare I am competent to take part.
8. I DECLARE THAT I HAVE VIEWED AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE ONLINE
SAFETY BRIEFING FOR THIS EVENT AS SENT OUT BY WEBLINK TO ALL
TEAMS ENTERED
I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Plop Enduro Association, all sponsors and their representatives, and any and all claims against damages, demands, actions, illness whatsoever in any manner, as a result, my participation in above event including but not limited to any injuries or ill health that I might suffer.
I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks of participating in a motorsport event of this type.
