Private Lesson Booking Form
Provide your details and preferred schedule to book private lessons. All lessons are held at HYCC - Hyannis, MA. Private lesson are $140 per hour. When choosing a date we will accommodate as close to the day and time you choose - as it depends on when private ice is available. This is also a general registration form to promote Comeback Hockey to reach out for a conversation. Whether it be a private lesson or a general inquiry we will reach out upon receiving form.
