    The Concept: Engineering the Hustle We are turning up the volume on local innovation. Youthful Ventures is not just a market; it is a high-energy platform designed to amplify young creators while bringing the community together to prove that Local is #Trending. As a Pop CLTure activation, every detail tells a story of connection, inviting Charlotte to shop small, engage with kid-powered businesses, and uplift our youth.

    The Experience We are looking for youth-led businesses and supportive community partners to activate this whimsical, inclusive atmosphere. We are engineering a bustling, curated outdoor marketplace to foster connection between young makers, mini-moguls, and a community eager to support local youth. To keep the energy flowing and inspire imagination, we are curating hands-on arts and crafts stations alongside live local sounds, family-friendly games, and interactive activities designed to set the tempo for all ages.

    Kid Entrepreneur / Youth Vendor: $25 (Must be a youth-led business)
    Non-Profit Organizations: $35 (Must provide 501(c)(3) status)
    Artisan / Maker / Small Business: $55 (Standard Space)
    Corporate / Brand Activation: $100
    Table and Tent Rental: $15 (Limited availability - first come, first served)
    Boosted Featured Social Post: +$10
    Vendor Requirements

    Vendors must provide their own setup (tables, racks, displays) unless renting.
    Outdoor Event: 10x10 tents + weights are required (40lb minimum per leg) if bringing a tent.
    One business per space (no shared booths without prior approval).
    No electricity provided.
    ❌ Strictly No Food or Drink Vendors: Urban District Market retains exclusive rights to all food and beverage sales. Exception: Non-edible wellness consumables (e.g., candles, soaps) or pet treats are permitted.
    Payment Terms

    Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance.
    Non-payment results in immediate removal and replacement from the waitlist.
    Rain or Shine — vendor fees are non-refundable.
    Weather credits may be offered in extreme conditions (at organizer discretion, not guaranteed).
    Vendor cancellations are non-refundable.
