English
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the use of the facilities, equipment, and services offered by THE PRODUCTION COMPANY for recording sessions, podcasts, interviews, audiovisual productions, and related services.
2. Access to the facilities
THE CLIENT and its participants may access the facilities up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled recording time, exclusively for preparation, personal equipment setup, makeup, wardrobe, and general session coordination.
This early access period does not replace or modify the official start time of the contracted service.
3. Start of studio use time
The studio use time shall begin at the time previously agreed upon by the parties.
In the event of any technical, logistical, or operational issue attributable to THE PRODUCTION COMPANY, the affected time shall be replaced or extended for the benefit of THE CLIENT, whenever operating conditions allow.
4. Overtime
Overtime shall only be permitted if the studio is available at the end of the contracted time.
Any additional time must be authorized by THE PRODUCTION COMPANY and will be billed according to the studio’s current rate.
5. Sound check
Before recording begins, a sound check will be conducted with an estimated duration of twenty (20) minutes.
This time shall be covered by THE PRODUCTION COMPANY and shall not be deducted from THE CLIENT’S contracted studio time.
6. Delivery of audiovisual material
The audiovisual material generated during the session will be delivered on the same day of the recording, according to the contracted service.
When the contracted service includes file delivery only, up to twenty (20) minutes before the end of the booked time will be allocated to organize and transfer the material.
If THE CLIENT requires guidance regarding the use, organization, backup, or management of the files, such request must be communicated at the beginning of the production so that up to thirty (30) minutes of consultation may be scheduled, subject to operational availability.
7. Proper use of the studio
THE CLIENT agrees to make responsible and proper use of the facilities, furniture, equipment, accessories, and any other resources made available by THE PRODUCTION COMPANY.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling by THE CLIENT, its guests, or participants may result in additional charges for repair, replacement, or compensation.
8. Punctuality and compliance
THE CLIENT agrees to respect the scheduled start and end time of the service. Punctuality is essential to ensure the proper development of the production and the scheduling of other clients.
Delays on the part of THE CLIENT shall not require THE PRODUCTION COMPANY to extend the originally contracted time, unless availability allows.
9. Cancellations, delays, and refund policy
Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the service.
If a cancellation is made after that deadline, no refund will be issued.
Likewise, no refund will be issued if THE CLIENT arrives late to the session. In such case, the use of the studio will be limited to the remaining time of the previously reserved rental period, and THE PRODUCTION COMPANY shall not be obligated to extend the contracted time.
10. Complaints
In the event of any complaint regarding the service, THE CLIENT must refer to the complaints section established on THE PRODUCTION COMPANY’S official website and follow the procedure indicated therein.
11. Conduct inside the facilities
To preserve order, safety, and the proper operation of the studio, THE CLIENT and its guests shall maintain respectful conduct at all times, follow the instructions of the operator or technical staff, and take proper care of the workspace.
12. Acceptance of terms
The booking and use of THE PRODUCTION COMPANY’S facilities implies full acceptance of these terms of use and service conditions.
