  • ** RELEASE OF LIABILITY - Effective Date: November 16, 2026

    1. I understand that lightning and severe weather are a danger in Arizona.
    2. I understand and acknowledge that the game of golf may involve a risk of physical and/or mental injury.
    3. I acknowledge that the operation, riding, and use of a motorized golf cart involves a risk of physical injury to any individual undertaking such activities.
    4. I acknowledge that such activities require care, attention, and obedience to the warnings and instructions posted on the golf cart, and to the warnings, instructions, rules, and regulations posted on the golf course.

    I expressly state that I have read and am familiar with such instructions, warnings, and rules. I expressly assume such risks and waive any claim which I might at any time state against the Southern District Women’s Golf Association as a result of physical injury incurred in such activities, EXCEPT to the extent such claim might be based upon the sole and exclusive negligence of the Southern District Women’s Golf Association. I further agree to hold the Southern District Women’s Golf Association harmless for physical injury to others, or for property damage that might result from my actions on the golf course or from my use or my acquiescence in another person’s use of the golf cart in violation of any warning, instruction, rule or regulation.

    This release shall be effective and binding upon me and upon my assigns and heirs and shall extend through the date of tournament completion. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand this release.

    * Entry Fee: $ per player, $ per team. Payment must be received (check or Zelle) by November 2, 2026. Make check/s payable to SDWGA.

    * Event/Where: SDWGA FALL PARTNERS, EL CONQUISTADOR

    * Times: 8:30 AM Shotgun – Registration 7:00-7:50 AM November 16

    * Field: Sixty (60) teams. All entries received over the allotted # of teams will be placed on a waitlist. Participant and waitlist will be posted on the website October 19th.  Waitlist teams will be notified by email or phone.

    Key Dates for the Fall Partners Tournament:

    * September 21 – Tournament Flyer posted on the website. (eight weeks before the tournament)

    * October 5 - Opening Date - Entry Form may be submitted; early forms not accepted. (six weeks before the tournament)

    * October 5-11 – Priority will be given to those registrants who submit Entry Forms within one week of the Opening Date.  Registrations received after October 11 will be processed in the order received.

    * October 19 - Participant List posted on the website; payment must be submitted. (four weeks before the tournament)

    * November 2 – Payment must be received (check or Zelle).  If not received, both members of the team will receive an email from the Tournament Chair, and they have one week to get it submitted/sent in. (two weeks before the tournament)

    * November 9 – Closing Date - Registration form is removed from the website. (one week before the tournament)

    * November 16/17 – Tournament Dates.
