About the Event POP.culture Presents: Diagon Alley — An Immersive Fandom Experience Located at 4100 Raleigh St (The Pass), this immersive activation is designed to fuse local pop-culture fandom with a bustling, highly interactive marketplace.
The Concept: Engineering the Ultimate Wizarding Vibe We are turning up the volume on local culture. Diagon Alley is not just a market; it is a high-energy platform designed to amplify Charlotte’s local creators while bringing the community together for an unforgettable fandom experience. As a POP.culture activation, every detail tells a story, inviting the community to shop rare curiosities, interact with immersive photo ops, and compete in high-stakes trivia.
The Experience We are looking for vendors to activate this dynamic, inclusive atmosphere. You will be at the heart of a curated outdoor marketplace fostering connection between local artisans, magical makers, and a community eager to support local. The energy will remain elevated throughout the day with interactive 360° digital photo booths, a massive cosplay and costume contest, flowing Butterbeer, and a seamless transition into the ticketed House Cup Challenge Trivia tournament on the main stage.

Vendor Requirements
Vendors must provide their own setup (tables, racks, displays) unless renting.
Outdoor Event: 10x10 tents + weights are strictly required (40lb minimum per leg) if bringing a tent.
One business per space (no shared booths without prior approval).
No electricity provided.
❌ No Hot Food or Made-to-Order Beverage Vendors: Neighboring businesses and venue partners retain exclusive rights to hot food and craft beverage sales.
✅ Exception (Permitted): Pre-packaged, pre-prepared wizarding treats, baked goods, artisan candies, and non-edible wellness consumables (e.g., candles, soaps) ARE fully permitted for individual maker booths!
Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance via Square.
Non-payment results in immediate removal and replacement from the waitlist.
Rain or Shine — vendor fees are non-refundable.
Weather credits may be offered in extreme conditions (at organizer discretion, not guaranteed).
Vendor cancellations are non-refundable.
