This application begins the discernment process for private coaching. It helps determine whether the matter you are bringing has the substance this level of work requires, and whether the timing, capacity, and commitment needed for the engagement are present.

Completing the application signals that a decision, responsibility, pattern, or body of work has reached a level of consequence that requires more exacting discernment.

Please respond with honesty, specificity, and self-responsibility. Your answers help me understand the substance of the matter, the timing of the work, and your capacity for disciplined participation.

I review each application for self-recognition, integrity in action, disciplined attention, and the ability to translate insight into deliberate choice.

You do not need a finished strategy before you apply. The application helps determine whether private coaching can meet the work with the depth, structure, and rigor it requires.
