            Booth Options:

            • Indoor 10x10 space, located inside the Schuetzenfest Building with air conditioning.
            • Outdoor 10x20 space

            This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

            Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

            • Tent, tables, and chairs (if tables are not rented from our Organization)
            • Payment processing system
            • Display setup
            • Any liability insurance (Mill Road Threshermans Association) is not responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents)
            • Proof of Food Service Insurance


            What We’re Looking For:

            We are seeking a variety of high-quality, handmade, and unique goods, including but not limited to:

            • Handmade crafts and art
            • Specialty food items (packaged, jams, baked goods, etc.)
            • Antiques and vintage finds
            • Fall and home décor
            • Farmhouse-style goods
            • Seasonal gifts and handmade items
            • Boutiques/Boutique Trailers
            • Kid/family friendly items

             
            Important Notes:

            • Setup Thursday September 10th: Noon-6pm
            • The vendor area is extremely limited. We recommend applying early.
            • All applications must be submitted by June 1, 2026.
            • By submitting your application and participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and responsibilities listed above.
            • Mill Road Threshermans Association is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor for any accidents /bodily injury that occur during the event.
            • Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance coverage.
            • Reservation of spaces is on a First Come First Serve Basis. Spaces will be assigned and guaranteed based on the order contracts are received.
