    10’x20’ – $1,100 Early Bird

    • Discounted group rate: $169/night
    • Official room block: Thursday-Saturday nights (primary)
    • Limited availability may be offered up to 3 days pre- and post-event
    • Booking link will be provided upon approval.

    Transportation & Parking

    • Complimentary airport shuttle (to/from Orlando International Airport)
    • Complimentary parking for guests staying at the hotel
    • $10 event parking for local attendees and vendors without hotel room

    Each exhibitor will receive a full service kit prior to the event, including move-in details, and booth setup guidelines. Additional services (electricity, power strips/extension cords, WiFi, etc.) are available through the venue at an additional cost. Custom booth builds and displays are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

  • Applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with next steps to secure your booth.

    50% deposit due within 3 days of acceptance. Booth space is not reserved until deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if approved. Final payment is due by January 1, 2027. Invoices not paid by the final due date may result in forfeiture of booth space. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by HAuNTcon.
