    HAuNTcon is a curated event with a focus on the haunted attraction, horror, and immersive entertainment industries.

    We are currently prioritizing vendors in the following categories:

    • Haunted attraction services, products, and fabrication
    • Special effects (SFX), makeup, costuming, and prosthetics
    • Props, animatronics, scenic design, and technical production
    • Immersive experiences, interactive activations, and themed entertainment
    • Horror, gothic, and dark-themed brands with a strong visual identity

    Booth concepts with immersive, visually distinctive, or experiential presentations are strongly encouraged.

    Limited space may be allocated to select, high-quality retail vendors whose work aligns with the overall tone and aesthetic of the event.

    NO food or drink vendors allowed, as per the rules of the host hotel.

    All vendor applications are curated and approved to ensure a high-quality, industry-focused show floor. Booth space is limited.

    Transportation & Parking

    • Complimentary airport shuttle (to/from Orlando International Airport)
    • Complimentary parking for guests staying at the hotel
    • $10 event parking for local attendees and vendors without hotel room

    Each exhibitor will receive a full service kit prior to the event, including move-in details, and booth setup guidelines. Additional services (electricity, power strips/extension cords, WiFi, etc.) are available through the venue at an additional cost. Custom booth builds and displays are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

  • Applications are reviewed within 3-5 days. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with next steps to secure your booth.

    Booth space is not reserved until your first payment is received. All deposits and payments are non-refundable, but transferable if approved. Invoices not paid by the final due date may result in forfeiture of booth space. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by HAuNTcon. Payment is due within 7 days of acceptance. Payment Options: Pay in Full (Save $50 on your booth), 50% Deposit with remaining balance due by January 1, 2027, or Monthly Payment Plan via Stripe – 10'x10': $115/month x6 ($690), 10'x20': $195/month x6 ($1,170), 10'x30': $265/month x6 ($1,590).
