2️⃣ You MUST have valid documentation. You need a social security card, current photo ID and a proof of residence document (utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, etc.). These are for verifying your identity with the bureaus.
3️⃣ We operate ETHICALLY and TRANSPARENTLY. We do not guarantee specific removals or timelines. What we do promise is that we will stay consistent, proactive, and aggressive in getting any erroneous, inaccurate, or unverifiable data removed from your credit report.
4️⃣ You have the right to cancel within 3 business days of signing your client agreement, and you may cancel services at any time during the dispute process.
5️⃣ You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report on your own, at no cost, without using a third-party service.
6️⃣ Your enrollment payment includes program setup and a full review of your credit report. After enrollment, your service will follow the plan you selected (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month). Monthly billing occurs on the 15th or 29th of each month, depending on your preference. Services continue until canceled.
