Imagine Graceland with a high end contemporary twist. This house has been restored from its shag carpeted, popcorned ceiling roots to a 70's palace.
We're open to all manor of creative ideas, events, shoots and viewing parties. We retained all of the original quirky 1977 features (including the indoor waterfall and intercom system) so guests really feel like a guest at Elvis's new years eve party. Get ready to be transported to somewhere very special. Rumor has it that this place's original owner was actually Elvis's guitar player. While giving a firm nod to the 70s, we have gently pulled this midcentury modern dream into the 21st century. Every piece in this home has a story to tell, and guests will really get the feeling that, if these walls could talk...they would be doing so while holding a martini and dancing on a table.
Rates:
Space Rental:
$300/hr – 3 hour minimum
$300 (min) for site representative required
$300 for cleaning required
Ticketed Event Programming:
$30 minimum a ticket (plus taxes and fees )
Ticket-purchasing must be run by our ticket paltform
We are to recieve sales of first 50 tickets minimum
If client is not able to bring in 50 ticket buyers they need to pay the difference
Cleaning $300
Refer to event staff structure for those terms
Event insurance and security will be paid for by them if need be (depending on event size and if there's alcohol).
Event rental time for ticketing program is 4 hours. If client would like to use the space for more time, we go back to our policy of $300 / hr
