Thank you for participating as a vendor during the 2026 8th of August Emancipation Celebration! Please read the information below regarding set-up.
1. Vendors may begin setting up on Saturday, August 8th beginning at 7:30 am. If additional set up time is required, you may set up earlier Saturday morning. All vendors are asked to be set up by 11:30 am on Saturday, August 8th and ready to begin selling by 12 noon.
2. Vendor sign-in will begin at 7:30 am Saturday, August 8th at the park shelter located close to the playground and splash pad at Robert Coleman Park (1100 Walter Jetton Blvd ).
3. Spaces are approximately 10 feet x 10 feet and will located on both paved and grassy areas. If your trailer/equipment is larger than this space, please let organizers know so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
4. Electricity is available. Vendor must indicate electrical request on registration form. You will need to supply your own extension cord(s). No other utilities are provided.
5. You must be pre-registered to participate. Applications will not be processed until complete payment is received.
6. Sales of any item capable of propelling a projectile (real or plastic) or any items deemed non-sellable by the Paducah Police Department will not be allowed at the event. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
7. Alcohol sales are NOT permitted.
8. Vending is from 12 pm to dusk on Saturday, August 8th. Vendors may begin selling items before noon if vendor space is set up and have passed health inspection (food vendors). All spaces are outdoors and will continue on, rain or shine.
9. Removal/clean up must be completed by 10:00 PM on Saturday, August 8th.
