    Based on information in the poster, please let us know which sheltering options you think are needed in Goornong to support the town and surrounding areas. Where there's support for options, we'll work with local Community Groups, Services and Agencies to explore what's possible. Survey closes 5pm Saturday, 9 May 2026.

  • The Community Hub option will only be available if we have volunteers available in an emergency event to run it. We're still working out details - however would you be interested in volunteering? Time requirement is anticipated to be small, a 2 hr induction session once a year and assistance during emergency events only.
