Terms & Conditions - Cleaning Services Booking
By completing a cleaning service booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received and we send you a confirmation.
The scope of work, time, date, and location will be agreed in writing via email.

48 hours or more before the scheduled service: You may reschedule at no penalty, or pay 50% of the service fee.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: If cancelled within 24 hours or a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email, SMS) and confirmed by us.
Exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness, emergency) may be considered, at our discretion, and may reduce or waive fees if supporting documentation is provided.
3. Payment Terms
The cancellation fee will be invoiced and must be paid within 48hrs of the cancellation.
For completed work, full payment is due upon completion or per invoice terms.
Invoices for NDIS & Claims will be emailed to provider for payment.
4. Reporting Issues / Defects
You must report any issues, defects, or unsatisfactory work within 48 hours of the cleaning being completed.
If the issue is valid, we will rectify it (if possible) at no extra charge, subject to scheduling and availability.
Failure to report within 48 hours may forfeit your right to a remedy.
5. Access & Preparation
You must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
If we are unable to access the property (e.g. locked gate, no keys), the full service charge or cancellation fee may apply.
Please prepare the space (e.g. clear clutter, secure pets) so the staff can work safely and efficiently.
6. Liability & Insurance
We carry appropriate public liability and workers' compensation insurance.
We will take reasonable care of your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile or worn items, or damage caused by poor maintenance.
You must notify us of anything that may increase risk (e.g. slippery floors, unstable surfaces, hazardous chemicals).
7. Changes to Booking by Us
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel due to staff illness or emergency.
We will notify you immediately and offer an alternative time or cancel with no charge.

8. Repeat Cancellations / No-Shows
If a client cancels late or no-shows repeatedly, we reserve the right to require to refuse future bookings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be provided to clients and come into effect for future bookings.
10. Agreement
By placing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
