2025-2026 SCHS Fine Arts Academy Signing Day Form

This form is intended for seniors who are planning to major or minor in a fine arts discipline, or receive scholarships related to the study and participation in the fine arts in college.

We understand that many of you are still finalizing your college and major selections, and may not have received scholarship offers yet. Nevertheless, we would appreciate it if you could share the colleges and majors you are currently considering.

Time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Location: Theater
Dress Code: Business Professional

This event is for any senior who plans to major or minor in the fine arts, or receive a scholarship in any fine arts discipline (including music education, music performance, technical arts, graphic design, etc.). You will have the opportunity to sign your intent with your chosen college.

Seniors receiving scholarships in fine arts, even if not majoring in the field, are also invited to sign with their college choice.

Family Participation: Parents and family members are welcome to attend. Please arrive by 2:15 PM at the front office, present your IDs for verification, and you will be escorted to the theater.

Eligibility to Complete This Form: Only seniors who plan to major or minor in a fine arts discipline, or anticipate receiving a scholarship in a fine arts discipline should complete this form.
