    RISE Leadership Training is a dynamic, interactive, and multimodality 16-hour curriculum is designed as a 4 part workshop. Attendees will gain fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to emerge as leaders within the DMHAS YAS service system. Informed directly by young people who experience mental health and addiction challenges, the RISE Emerging Adult Leadership Training offers a developmentally appropriate and generationally relevant approach to encouraging self-exploration and personal growth.

    3. Establish a sense of community
