Orders missing team or design details will be delayed.

Rhinestone accents are limited to small areas only and require additional time. Full rhinestone designs are not offered.

Order Deadline 💜:
All standard orders must be placed by the posted deadline to guarantee completion.

Late Orders 💜:
Orders placed after the deadline are NOT guaranteed and may be declined.

Rush Orders (If Accepted) 💜:
Late orders may be accepted as a rush order for an additional fee and must meet strict pickup deadlines.

✔ Rush Fee: $15–$20 (added to invoice)
✔ Must be paid immediately
✔ Must be picked up by the agreed time

Orders must be picked up at the agreed time.
Orders not picked up may be moved to the next available date.

Custom Design Policy 💜

One original custom design concept is included with your order.

Up to 2 minor revisions are included at no additional charge.

Additional revisions or complete redesigns may incur a Custom Design Setup Fee.
Production begins only after the final design is approved.

Any design changes requested after production begins may require a new order and additional charges.

Please provide complete and accurate design details when submitting your order. Changes requested after design approval may be subject to additional fees.

 

All custom artwork and designs created by Nana's Custom Creations remain the intellectual property of Nana's Custom Creations unless otherwise agreed to in writing.  Payment covers the creation of your custom item and does not transfer ownership of the digital design files.  Digital design files (PNG, SVG, AI, PSD, etc.) are not included with your purchase unless specifically quoted and purchased separately.
