To request a spot at our free veterinary clinic in partnership with Mission Helping Hand and East Side House Settlement, please fill out the form below.
Be sure to add each of the animals you’d like to bring, up to a maximum of 3 per family.
We will be offering wellness exams, vaccines for dogs and cats, as well as supplies, microchips and flea/tick preventives.
While you will be given the opportunity to select your preferred time slot, please be aware that we are volunteers trying to see as many animals as possible, and your patience is appreciated.
Demand for these services are very high, so although we're doing our best to minimize wait times, it's likely that there will be long lines for services. Please take the weather into consideration when making plans to bring your pet.
Positive Tails clinics serve all pet owners regardless of immigration status. We do not collect immigration information and prioritize protecting the privacy and safety of the communities we serve.
