GSEP Award Nomination Form

The Campfire Catalyst award requires an endorsement letter from a parent/caregiver of a girl in the troop.  The endorsement letter cannot be written by the nominator.

Option 1: Send this template to an endorser, collect their completed endorsement and upload as part of this nomination.

Option 2: Send this FORM to an endorser and they can complete and submit on their own. Be sure to tell them WHICH SPECIFIC AWARD you are asking them to endorse for each volunteer.

The Giving Heart award requires an endorsement letter from a parent/caregiver of a girl in the troop.  The endorsement letter cannot be written by the nominator.

Service Unit Volunteer awards require two endorsement letters.  The endorsement letter cannot be written by the nominator or by a family member of the volunteer.
