Please briefly discuss your current community involvement (community involvement, volunteering, or professional associations) and how you believe this will benefit the program. (No more than 200 words)
Commitment: Can you commit to actively participating in one in person session for at least 10 of the 12 weeks of the cohort and a $450 program fee (scholarships may be available)? The program will run from September 2-November 18, 2025, on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:00pm. Additional group meetings may be necessary as the group sees needed. Please note that failure to meet attendance or participation expectations may result in ineligibility for a certificate of completion and other program benefits.

If we do not receive the program fee by this time, we will assume that you forfeit your place in the program.
