The annual Templeton 4th of July Park Celebration is a can’t-miss local tradition, bringing together community spirit, small-town charm, and all the festive fun you love. Locals and visitors alike can kick off the day with a classic pancake breakfast, enjoy a lively parade, and spend the afternoon soaking up the excitement at Templeton Park.
We encourage all booth participants to consider family-friendly, interactive displays and activities that keep guests engaged and coming back for more!
BOOTH FEES:
Includes an assigned 10' x 10' space or an assigned food truck parking space; any additional space needed must purchase an additional booth(s).
Informational Booth (no selling): $100
Commercial Booth (selling product/service): $200
Food Truck: $300
DAY-OF EVENT INFORMATION:
Vendor set-up begins at 7AM. All vehicles must be off parade routes before 8AM. Booths close at 3PM. No early tear-downs are allowed.
Each group is responsible for keeping their area free of litter and trash. You will be responsible for taking all trash to the roll-off, as needed or at end of the day.
The Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any applicant for any reason the organization deems necessary.
By registering for this event, you agree to the following:
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
I hereby agree to release, waive and hold harmless the Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce, the County of San Luis Obispo, and any individuals, sponsors, or organizations associated with the above listed non-profit/agency from any loss, damage, or injury which may occur in connection with my participation or anyone who may be assisting me. I understand that I am required to be on site for this entire event. I agree to abide by all guidelines, either written or verbal, as described to me by the Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce. I understand that failure to do so will result in my expulsion from the event without refund of fees and that I may be barred from future events and additional fees may be incurred.
AGREE TO ABIDE BY RULES:
I agree that I am at least 18 years of age or older and my organization agrees to abide by all the listed Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce rules and San Luis Obispo's County Health Department requirements.
Groups need to fill out and abide by the SLO County Health Temporary Food Facility Checklist and application if they are offering a food item. Please be certain that you list in detail the food and/or other items your group will be selling. The 4th of July Committee asks that you sell only what you have listed. It is our goal to not duplicate items when possible. Food vendors must provide a copy of their SLO County Health Department Temporary Food Facility license to the Chamber no later than June 19, 2026.
