SASA Buddy Request - Fall 2026

Please complete this form to submit a Buddy Request for the Fall 2026 Season.

North Texas Age Chart

North Texas has released a new age chart starting in Fall 2026. Please refer to this chart before completing a buddy request form. Your child may be in a different age group based on the new age breakdown.

U5	Aug 1, 2021 – July 31, 2022
U6	Aug 1, 2020 – July 31, 2021
U7+	July 31, 2020 and older

SASA Team and Buddy Request Policy

Specific Team Requests and Buddy Requests (play on the same team as a friend) are permitted for U4 and U5 players.

Buddy Requests are only available for players of the same gender. We do not have any coed teams.

If you are requesting to play with a player that is older than your child (for example a U4 player requesting to playing with a U5 player) then your child will be placed in the older player's age group. That means your child will be playing up with older children. If there is a request for that is a 2 year difference, that request will be sent to and voted on by the board.

Team and buddy requests for U6 are only permitted if they player is new to soccer. U6 players that are not new to soccer, will not be allowed a specific team or buddy request.

Buddy/Team requests are NOT permitted for players U7 and up (please refer to age chart).

Buddy Request may not be guaranteed depending on roster sizes and availability.

All team/buddy requests must be submitted by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

If you are requesting your child to go back to the previous team they played on in Spring 2026, you do not need to complete this form. Please just select "Return to Previous Team" when completing your Fall 2026 Registration

Submission of this Buddy or Team Request form does not constitute official registration with SASA Soccer. All players must be fully registered for the Fall 2026 season in order for a buddy or team request to be considered.

Buddy and team requests are not guaranteed and will be fulfilled based on roster sizes, age divisions, coaching availability, and overall league needs.

The SASA Registrar will reach out via email if there are any questions, issues, or if the request cannot be fulfilled. You will be notified by email if your request is denied for any reason.
