    Purpose: 
    This survey is designed by the Texas State Independent Living Council (TXSILC) to better understand the needs of people with disabilities across Texas. The information collected will be used to develop goals for the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) and guide services, supports, and advocacy efforts across the Independent Living Network, including Centers for Independent Living (CILs) and partner organizations.
