This release applies to photography captured for inclusion in:
“Lake Norman, A Photography Volume” (the “Project”), along with related marketing, promotional materials, and fine art sales.
Grant of Permission
I, the undersigned property owner or authorized representative, grant Heron Cove, LLC dba Katie Dowens Photography (“Photographer”) permission to:
Enter and photograph the property located at the address listed above
Capture images of the property, including exterior and/or interior spaces (as applicable). Use these images in connection with the Project and related uses.
Usage Rights Granted
I grant the Photographer and its assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to:
Use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute images of the property
Include images in books, print publications, websites, social media, and marketing materials. Sell images as fine art prints or other commercial products.
No Compensation
I understand and agree that:
I will not receive compensation for the use of these images, other than a digital copy of the image(s) included in the project. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final images or their use.
I confirm that:
I am the legal owner of the property or have full authority to grant this permission
No other approvals are required to authorize this release.
Release & Liability Waiver
I release and hold harmless Heron Cove, LLC and Katie Dowens Photography from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the creation or use of the images, any lawful use of the images as described above.
