“By proceeding, I confirm I am supplying my own frames for reglazing at my own risk. I understand they may be damaged or break during the process due to their condition, age, or material, and Eyelove Frames is not responsible for this. I accept that I remain responsible for the cost of lenses even if damage occurs, that lenses are custom-made and non-refundable unless faulty, and that I may be asked to provide photos of my frames. I understand Eyelove Frames may refuse unsuitable frames and that adjustments after reglazing may be limited.”
