  • Important Dates:

    Saturday 9/12/2026 & Sunday 9/13/2026

    9:00 am - 5:00 pm 

     

    *All vendors/food trucks must be present on both days.

     

    Vendor area load-in/set-up: Saturday, Sept 12th, 7:00 am - 9:00 am

     

    Applications open: April 6th, 2026

    Applications close: July 31st, 2026

    Payment due: Friday, August 14, 2026
    The payment link will be sent in the acceptance email

    100% of proceeds from vendor fees benefit Ocean Institute operations and educational programs.

  • Update 5/7/2026 All Food Truck spots have been filled. We are unable to accept any more food trucks/food vendors at the Maritime Festival this year.
