    I understand that these photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Website content
    • Portfolio display
    • Promotional materials

  • Lash Model Appointment Terms

  • If my application is approved, I understand that I will receive a discounted lash model rate for my full set appointment.

     

    Model rates are as follows:

    Classic Lash Set – $75

    Volume Lash Set – $95

  • Approved lash models will also receive:

    • A complimentary Pretty Girl Lash Care Kit
    • One free lash fill-in OR one free lash touch-up
       

    After the initial appointment and complimentary service, I understand that future lash fills or touch-ups will continue to be offered at a discounted rate for approved lash models.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Agreement

  • Lash model appointments are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for allowing Vo’Lux Beauty Bar to photograph and document the service for portfolio and promotional purposes.

     

    A $25 deposit is required to secure your model appointment and will be applied to the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable.

     

    Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

     

    Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the remaining service balance. Additionally, the client may be restricted from participating as a lash model or booking future appointments.
