    The Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) offers short term work opportunities that allow students to earn income while gaining practical work experience. Through the partnership of Children International Bicol and DOLE Bicol, we support youth in preparing for college and future employment. This opportunity is for you if you are: An Ex Sponsored Youth 19–24 years old, incoming 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year college or tech voc student, and enrolling for AY 2026–2027.
