Illegal Dumping Reporting Form
The Solid Waste Division of the Public Works Department can assist with illegally dumped solid waste that is left along county maintained roads in the unincorporated areas of Nevada County. We do not provide clean up services on private roads or private property or for abandoned vehicles.

To submit an illegal dumping clean up requests, please complete the following request form. Once received, the solid waste team will forward your request to the appropriate staff for pick up and disposal. Please allow 2-3 days for staff to coordinate and clean up the waste.
