Are you interested in a scholarship for a program/camp listed on the teen Summer Shakedown? If so, please complete the following scholarship request application. If approved, you will receive a scholarship for ONE opportunity. Please Note: Scholarships are available to teenagers 11-19 years old /for rising 6th grade students and up in Spartanburg County. Please note that this form is just for summer programs that have a fee. If there is an opportunity on the Summer Shakedown page that is free, please use the website or email address listed for that program to sign up.
This scholarship request form does not guarantee a scholarship. Scholarships will be given out on a first-come first-served basis. Additionally, filling out this form is not the same as registering for the camp/program you are requesting a scholarship for. Each camp/program has their own registration requirements. After this form is submitted it will be reviewed, and if accepted will be sent to the agency hosting the camp/program and they will be in touch with you on how to complete the sign up process. *Scholarships are ONLY available to teenagers 11-19 years old /for rising 6th grade students and up in Spartanburg County.*
