The vendor booth fee for the festival is free for 2026
NOTABLE INFORMATION:
- FOOTPRINT: Vendor tents should not exceed 10'x10' and should be weighted for public safety and total footprint must not exceed 12'x12'. If you need more space, please reach out to michelle@catalystpresents.com
- EQUIPMENT: Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials needed for their own success including tent, tables, chairs, etc.
- FOOD SERVICE: Food vendors are responsible for their own compliance with Thurston County Food Safety Guidelines and Permitting.
- INSURANCE: Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Olympia Dragon Boat Club and Catalyst Presents, LLC as additional insured and certificate holders no later than June 30, 2026
