Model Release: I grant Rattlingourd Studio, LLC & its legal representatives & assigns the irrevocable & unrestricted right to use & publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, & any other purpose, in any manner & medium, worldwide & in perpetuity, without compensation. If subject is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign. The signing adult represents that they are the legal guardian & have authority to grant these permissions. Parent/Guardian signature required if subject is under 18.

File Handling & Delivery: Digital files will be delivered electronically (digital download). Rattlingourd Studio, LLC is not responsible for file storage after delivery. Customer is responsible for downloading & backing up files. Delivery timeframe is up to 90 calendar days from the date that the photos are taken.

Image Selection: Final images will be thoughtfully selected by the photographer to ensure the strongest overall set in terms of focus, lighting, & expression. All photos receive a basic professional light edit limited to color, lighting, & contrast correction. Additional retouching, including blemish removal, skin smoothing, & teeth whitening, is available as a paid add-on for up to 5 photos (Customer's choice out of the set of 20 included).

Rights & License: Rattlingourd Studio, LLC retains all copyrights to the images. Upon purchase, customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Customer may not alter, edit, apply filters, crop, or modify images in any way, sell, license, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission. Customer may not use images in a defamatory, unlawful, or misleading manner.

Refund & Service Terms: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after services are rendered. Photography is a subjective service; no guarantee is made regarding specific poses, expressions, or customer satisfaction with appearance. In the event of equipment failure, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the control of Rattlingourd Studio, LLC, liability is limited to the amount paid. By signing, customer acknowledges services & pricing listed above.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Session start & end times are fixed. Late arrivals will reduce total session time & will not extend the session end time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at the studio's discretion. No-shows & same-day cancellations will forfeit the full session fee. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to availability, & may not be guaranteed during high-demand periods. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session may be subject to a 20% fee of the session cost.

Payment: Payment must be made in full 10 business days prior to the date of the scheduled session. Rattlingourd Studio, LLC accepts Venmo, PayPal, or payments made through a PayPal POS system. Alternatively, Rattlingourd Studio, LLC may also send invoices through PayPal. Cash, CashApp, & Personal Checks are not accepted forms of payment. Failure to pay within the 10 day window will result in the cancellation of the scheduled session.
