  • By signing this form, I acknowledge/agree that

    1. I acknowledge that the information provided in this form constitutes a reservation request only and is subject to approval by Star by Y Suites.

    2. Submission of this form does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. A room will only be considered reserved once the two (2) months’ security deposit and one (1) month’s advance rent have been successfully paid. Until such payment is received, the room may remain available for booking by other applicants.

    3. I confirm that I am currently enrolled in an educational institution and will be able to provide the required documents to support the lease period, including:

      A) School Offer Letter
      B) Identification Card (ID)
      C) Student ID
      D) Passport (if applicable)

    4. I understand that this offer is valid only for accommodation at Star by Y Suites on Dundas.

    5. Consent to Y Suites collecting, using, and processing your personal data for the purpose of processing your booking, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our privacy policy. For more details, refer to https://www.ysuites.co/home/privacy-policy/.
