Terms & Conditions
Therapies offered: Reiki, Chakra Cleanse & Alignment, Holistic Counseling, Sacred Child Healing, and related energy healing modalities.
These modalities are supportive and complement each other. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or medications prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional.
The practitioner does not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions, prescribe medications, or offer medical treatment.
The practitioner aims to support well-being, balance energy, and enhance personal growth within the scope of the services listed above.
Clients are encouraged to continue care with their primary medical or mental health provider as needed. A referral or collaboration may be discussed if appropriate and with client consent.
Clients agree to disclose all relevant physical, medical, and mental health conditions, therapies being received, medications, and any changes to health status. Clients will keep the practitioner informed of new or emerging conditions or concerns prior to or during sessions.
If the client experiences pain, discomfort, or adverse effects during a session, they will immediately inform the practitioner so adjustments can be made.
Client responsibilities
Arrive on time and communicate openly about goals, concerns, and comfort levels.
Provide accurate information and update the practitioner as health status changes.
Follow agreed-upon safety precautions and contraindications discussed during intake.
Seek medical attention for medical concerns or emergencies as needed.
Safety, risk, and liability
All information shared is treated as confidential in line with applicable privacy laws and the practitioner’s privacy policy.
The client acknowledges that energy work and holistic modalities carry varying degrees of risk, including, but not limited to, emotional release, temporary discomfort, or changes in energy perception.
The client understands that no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.
The practitioner is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from non-disclosure, withholding information, or failure to communicate changes in health status.
Scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling policies are provided separately in the booking policy.
Any in-session adjustments will be discussed with the client prior to implementation.
Privacy and data handling
Personal information collected is used solely for treatment planning, safety, and professional administration.
Data is stored securely and retained per applicable laws and the practitioner’s privacy policy.
Clients have the right to access their records and request corrections in accordance with privacy regulations.
Consent and agreement
By engaging in services with Inner Light Connections, the client confirms understanding of this policy, acknowledges the risks, and agrees to abide by the terms herein.
