Fob holder Undertaking
In accepting a fob for access to Dorset Square Gardens I understand, accept and agree to comply with, the following conditions:
Undertake to comply with all Garden Rules sent to ratepayers, communicated on the website (www.dorsetsquare.london/garden-rules), or signposted in the Garden
To pay the annual Garden Rates when requested, irrespective of whether or not I make use of the garden and its' facilities
Not to lend my fob to any other person (other than fellow residents at my address), either on a temporary or permanent basis
To return my fob to the Trust if and when I am no longer a resident of Dorset Square (i.e. actually residing at the Dorset square address noted below), at which point I will be repaid my deposit in full, having complied with this undertaking
To return the fob to the Dorset Square Trust if and when requested to do so
Undertake not to attempt to clone the fob or give unaccompanied access to a third party who has no contractual right to access the Garden.
Recognise that access to the Garden is a paid-for, contractually-exclusive service, and therefore those using the Garden without a contractual right, or facilitating such use, may be committing an offence under statute including but not limited to Section 11 of the 2006 Fraud Act: Obtaining Services Dishonestly.
