Guidelines for Submission
1. Authors’ names should not include academic titles.
2. Names should be written with only the first letter capitalized and the remaining letters in lowercase, without abbreviations.
3. The name and address of the institution where the author is employed should be stated.
4. Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (excluding abbreviations).
5. If abbreviations are used in the abstract, they should be explained in parentheses.
6. The purpose of the study and the methods applied should be briefly described; the findings should be summarized with sufficient statistical detail, and the conclusion should be stated in line with the presented findings.
7. The abstract should be structured to include the following sections: objective, materials and methods, results, and conclusions.
8. The abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title and the author’s name(s).
Abstract Evaluation:
All abstracts and proceedings will be blindly reviewed by the Scientific Committee. In order for an accepted abstract to be included in the scientific program, congress registration by the presenting author is mandatory.
An acceptance letter regarding the evaluation result will be sent to the author via e-mail.
