Evesham Township invites you to participate in Evesham's Juneteenth Celebration! Honoring Freedom, Heritage and Community.

We invite you to complete the following application if you would like to participate in the event this year.

DATE: Friday, June 19, 2026

Time: 5:00pm-8:00pm

Location: Savich Field(1004 Tuckerton Rd., Marlton, NJ 08053)

SETUP FROM: 3:00pm-4:30pm (a 10x10 space will be provided) **vendor cars will need to be parked by 4:30pm

BREAKDOWN BEGINS: 8PM

All completed applications will be emailed a Hold Harmless Agreement with instructions that must be completed and returned by June 6, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of application does NOT guarantee a space at the event. A confirmation will be sent once the Hold Harmless Agreement is submitted.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: *This event will be outside at Savich Field (Vendor must bring their own Tables and Chairs). *Vendors with outdoor displays must stay within the 10x10 space provided - displays or tents/canopies are required to have tent weights/in-ground tent hooks for safety.

If you are a food vendor, providing food or samples you must have a tent. All food vendors must have a Burlington County Health Permit.

NOTE: By submitting this application, each vendor/organization is accepting full responsibility for his or her own entries, including loss by breakage, theft, fire, rain, wind or any other cause of damage to inventory or person. Vendors are responsible for any insurance they deem necessary and hereby expressly release Evesham Township from any and all liability whatsoever.
