You will be notified by email or text once your registration has been processed and your child has been scheduled for swimming lessons. Please note that submitting a registration does not guarantee placement, as class sizes are limited.

Each session consists of two classes per week over a three-week period. To secure your child’s spot for the full session, please indicate below if you would like to enroll in all three weeks. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation.

What are your child's swimming goals?

I, the Participant or Parent/Guardian, desire to take part in Swim Lessons and/or other aquatic programs conducted at the swimming pool WOOD RIVER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. I am aware that engaging in these activities carries inherent risks, including the potential for physical harm, loss of life, or damage to property. I acknowledge and consent that I/my child have/has chosen to participate willingly, understanding the associated risks. I confirm that neither I nor my child have any known physical or medical conditions that would impede our ability to take part. In exchange for the privilege of participating in the aforementioned activities, I hereby release and absolve the WOOD RIVER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, along with all of their employees, volunteers, officers, and representatives ("Releasees"), from any and all claims concerning personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise due to or in connection with my/my child's involvement in these activities. This release of liability shall not apply in situations where such harm is the direct result

of intentional misconduct or severe negligence on the part of the Releasees. I acknowledge that photographs or images of myself/my child may be taken during the activity. I provide the WOOD RIVER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, along with their representatives, with unrestricted permission to utilize my/my child's name, photographs, or any other documentation of our participation in this activity in any form of broadcast, telecast, or other reports related to the activity for promotional purposes, without any compensation. By signing this waiver, I affirm that I have read and understand it and agree with its contents. I understand this release will bind me, my assigns, my personal representatives, and my heirs.

PLEASE NOTE:

All classes must be paid in advance. Payments should be made directly with the Wood River Community Association office.

No refunds. In the event of inclement weather, classes may be rescheduled for a different time or day.

Children are not to be left without a responsible parent/guardian present at any time during the lesson.

The lifeguard/instructor reserves the right to pause or terminate the lesson at any time if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or if participant behavior poses a concern.

Instructor Requests: We do our best to accommodate instructor requests whenever possible; however, assignments are based on scheduling availability, and we cannot guarantee a specific instructor or the same instructor for every class.

*Lesson duration may vary and may be shorter than the scheduled time based on the student's age, ability, or attention span.
