  • Our meals are prepared in a facility that processes allergens such as milk, soy, fish, eggs, and wheat. Due to the possibility of cross-contamination, they are not suitable for children with severe or anaphylactic allergies.     Please note that our sign-up deadline is the Wednesday before service at 12 pm. We are unable to start your meal plan sooner than the start date listed on the sign-up form. 

    For your future reference, here is our cancellation policy:

    • We are unable to credit for last-minute absences or school closures (snow days, illness, etc).
    • We will credit a child's absence (when the school is open) given at least 14 days' notice.
    • If you need to cancel meals at any time during your service, please complete our Meal Cancellation form HERE. You will receive meal credits that will be applied towards your last month of service. 
    • We will be charging a 4% processing fee on all reimbursements.
