Paw-casso Art Experience – Terms & Conditions
By booking a session, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your space is only secured once payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we may offer to transfer your booking to another available slot where possible, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
3. Arrival Times
Please arrive at your allocated time. Sessions are run on a schedule, and late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
4. Dog Welfare & Suitability
All dogs must be comfortable in a new environment and safe to handle. Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.
5. Health & Safety
All materials used are pet-safe and non-toxic. Treats such as peanut butter or similar will be used during the activity. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
6. Participation
The experience involves your dog interacting with a sealed canvas using food-based encouragement. While every effort is made to achieve a result, we cannot guarantee how each dog will engage.
7. Responsibility
Owners remain responsible for their dog at all times. We reserve the right to stop a session if a dog becomes overly stressed or unsafe.
8. Photography & Media
We may take photos during sessions for social media and promotional use. Please let us know if you would prefer your dog not to be photographed.
9. Changes to Sessions
We reserve the right to make minor changes to sessions where necessary for safety, welfare, or operational reasons.
