• James River Outreach Request Form

    Please fill out this form to request JRA participation or resources for your event.

  • The James River Association (JRA) is committed to engaging our community to protect the river and connect people to it. Would you like to have a representative from JRA attend or speak at your event? We strive to participate in as many community events as possible on a first-come, first-served basis, and as our staff capacity allows. 


    Before submitting a request, please note:

    • We prioritize events that include diverse populations and are aligned with our mission of protecting and restoring the James River.
    • We likely will not be able to attend events that are primarily vendor sales, or events outside the James River watershed.
    • We ask that requests be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. A submission does not guarantee we are able to attend. Once an event has been requested we will review and aim to respond back within a week.
    • Even if a JRA staff member cannot attend your event, we may be able to provide materials to you.
