Starting college is a big step in your life! RACC is here to help our new students feel welcome, comfortable, and prepared to be successful from the first day of classes. We have a series of events for new students that will help you get ready to start college.

Every new student is welcome to get RACC READY at our general session on Thursday 6/11.

After that, we are offering smaller events for students in specific academic majors.

You are welcome to attend multiple events.
Thursday 6/11, 1pm to 3:30pm: general session for all studentsWednesday 6/24, 10am to 1pm: health professions studentsThursday 7/16, 10am to 1pm: business, communications, arts, & humanities studentsThursday 8/6, 10am to 1pm: STEM & social sciences students
Come hungry! Food will be provided at all events.

We will also have RACC swag giveaways, and other fun activities are planned.

You will meet the staff and teachers who will help you succeed at RACC. We are all RACC READY to welcome you to college!
Driving Directions & Parking Locations

All events will be at RACC's campus in downtown Reading. Parking is always free in the student parking lots. Detailed parking directions for each event will be emailed to attendees closer to the date.
