All vendors & booths will be completely responsible for your booth set up, including:
- Tables & chairs
- Canopy & weight to stabilize canopy on the pavement
- Electricity is generally not available for resource booths.
Set up:
- Load-in is 9am – 11am (vehicles need to be cleared from festival area by 10:30 AM.
- Tear starts at 6pm. Your booth must be manned until 6pm, when the festival ends
- Booths must operate from 11 AM to 6 PM.
- NOTE: 11 AM - 12 PM is a quiet, sensory hour so no loud music.
Cost:
- $50 for 10x10
- $100 for 10x20 booth
If you would like to be a Resource Vendor but can not contribute the booth fee please drop us an email at events@cba-arts.org, with an explanation as to why. The UMANI Community Advisory Committee may choose to make some exceptions to the fee.
