Our member community is very fortunate! Our members, who are designated as telecommunications providers under the OPUC have the ability to skip costly and time consuming electrical apprenticeships. Enroll in our Fast Track class to prepare for the licensing exam in Oregon! We will be opening this up as a rolling opportunity. Feel free to jump in anytime!

Make sure you qualify first:
- Have you worked under a licenseholder or supervisor for 2+ years? The more the better.
- Do you have a high school diploma or GED equivalent?
Covered by the $1,250/pp registration fee:
- Course registration for a hybrid learning experience
  - LMS learning platform + virtual group meetings with the instructor (at least 32 hours of instruction)
  - Class material
    
    The current NEC code book + any published code book amendments
    
    Three reference books + practice exam workbook
    
    Index cards, book tabs, highlighters, pencils and a calculator
  - Assistance with completing the exam application + built in support while I periodically check in with you and the instructor
  - All inclusive service - let me handle your application submission to DCBS and help you manage the process!

Processing & Payment

As a small not-for-profit with only two FTEs, we utilize Quickbooks Online for our accounting services and therefore we manually process accounts receivables and sometimes do this in batches once or twice a week. Due to this, there may be a number of days in between your submission and receiving your invoice for payment. We appreciate your patience as we work to process each submission! If you have questions or aren't certain your form was submitted, simply reach out to me and I am happy to help!
